The site offers a contact form as well as an appointment request form. The information you enter (name, email, and where applicable phone number and message) is used solely to process your request and respond to you.

If you subscribe to the LeoDynamics newsletter, your email address is used to send you our news and updates. Your subscription is based on your explicit consent, and you may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each email or by contacting us directly.

The site uses third-party providers for certain functionalities. These providers may have access to some of your data, strictly to the extent necessary to perform their services:

9. Data retention period
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by law:
- Contact messages with no follow-up: 24 months
- Data related to an ongoing coaching relationship: for the duration of the contractual relationship, followed by the legal retention periods applicable to accounting and business documents in Switzerland (in principle 10 years for accounting records, in accordance with Swiss law)
- Newsletter email addresses: until you unsubscribe
